Work to improve the bridge which carries Pitsea Hall Lane over the London to Southend Central and Shoeburyness railway Line at Pitsea, which has a single route access road to Pitsea station, local commercial/industrial units, a waste disposal site and a nature reserve. Works included footway widening and the installation of the priority traffic flow system across the bridge.
