At London City Airport, running alongside the River Thames, we reconstructed the footway leading from the Terminal to the Long Stay Car Park. The walkway was over an existing structure which required careful management and continuous monitoring. Works were completed over three weeks, leaving a level asphalt surface course in place. Given the value and importance of parking at the Airport we ensured that minimal disruption was caused, and ensured that works were completed on time and in budget.
