Japanese Knotweed Feasibility Study

The presence of Japanese Knotweed can be a deal breaker for some residential, commercial and development sites where buildings are at risk of damage, affected property is for sale or where knotweed is within the boundaries of redevelopment plans. Each knotweed infestation can vary considerably from property to property for many reasons including; origin, maturity, extent, location, growth state and site conditions.

When it is discovered, an in depth feasibility study should be undertaken to determine the financial, legal, and technical viability of the project. Should the project secure approval then a Japanese knotweed Management Plan should be produced that fully outlines how the project will proceed. We work collaboratively with all of those professionals involved to produce cost effective plans and proposals that deliver effective remediation solutions to ensure the sale or development proceeds.
